The Old Town of Venice Requires a Tourist Tax💰

This is a world first... Visitors who want to visit the old town of Venice for the day will have to pay a tax of €5 on this site.

This tax will be in effect from April 25 to July 14, 2024 and will affect all visitors over the age of 14 wishing to visit Venice between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

This measure aims to safeguard the heritage of the city of the Doges.
