What is All-Inclusive Light?
All-Inclusive Light or All-Inclusive Soft is a slimmed-down version of the usual AI package. This means that the selection of drinks in the hotel and the buffet can be smaller. Alcoholic beverages are often completely eliminated. The afternoon coffee and cake are also not included in the price and some tour operators do not include any drinks. The advantage of this package is of course the price, which is lower than the normal all-inclusive price.
What is All-Inclusive Plus?
AI with additional terms such as plus, ultra, or premium includes even more on-site services that can be used around the clock in special cases. But here, too, the offer varies depending on the tour operator and hotel. "Plus" can mean many things: a higher number of branded drinks, à la carte meals in the restaurant, free drinks in the hotel disco, a daily restocked minibar, and even free service on the (hotel's own) beach or room service until late at night. Sometimes AI plus even goes so far that you can use more expensive sports offers such as windsurfing, sailing, or diving for free.
