Extravagant Cliffside House in Spain from $60 per Traveler

On the coast of Granada, in Salobreña, you will find the La Casa del Acantilado, whose architecture and views of the Mediterranean Sea will leave you breathless.

Located on a hillside facing the sea, the house's extravagant design is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape.

The roof was specially designed and built by hand, using a system of metal mesh that allows for the unique undulating shape which is meant to reflect the waves of the sea. The design has been referenced in international publications and has been visited by many curious people since being built, and now you can rent it as an Airbnb!

The house has a large living room on the first floor that is very bright thanks to its generous windows, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a heated pool. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

Lounge out on the pool deck or enjoy a meal as you take in sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Just think about how amazing the sunsets would be!

The house is perfect to visit in any season since it enjoys a temperature of about 70 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year and has air conditioning as well as a fireplace inside.

It might not be too surprising that it is a highly requested accommodation and is all booked out for this summer until September.

For booking, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights and sleeps up to 6 people. We've found rates this October from $355 per night which is breaks down to $60 per person, per night when booking with a group of 6. Not bad, right?
