Beautifully-Decorated Tiny Home in Big Bend National Park from $62 a Night
An off-the-grid experience in the middle of Texas's Big Bend National Park. Stay in the wide-open desert in a tiny home. From $62 a night enjoy beautiful views with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.
Located in Terlingua, Texas roughly four-hours south of El Paso, Texas, you're truly in a tranquil and quiet setting.
The tiny home offers sunset and desert views from its windows facing west.
The inside of the tiny home is beautifully decorated with a cozy double bed by the window, a small bar stool dining table, a vanity, and a small bathroom. There's a fire pit outdoors that guests can use to cook food.
It should be noted, that though this property is cutely decorated, it is still an off-the-grid experience where electricity and water are limited. The house's electricity runs from solar power and the water supply needs to be provided by the guests. The toilet, is a composting toilet, that the host provides instructions on how to use. If any problems arise, the host is easy enough to reach.
The tiny home can accommodate up to two guests with one double bed. We've found rates from $62 a night. However, this does not include Airbnb taxes and fees. We found an example of a three-night stay that settles out at $259. Or $86 per night.
