Welcome to Esjan, a rather unique set of guest rooms located in a pair of refurbished buses in Kjalarnes, Iceland. Located just 13 miles from Reykjavík, you'll be close enough to the city if you want to explore the capital, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The guest rooms have a top-rated score of 5/5 on TripAdvisor! You might be able to see why. The buses are parked in a dramatic setting, with stunning mountain and sea views.

The accommodation is a unique place to spend a night to explore the Golden Circle.

The guest rooms are very rustic, with reclaimed wood panelling and comfortable additions, including a cosy bed for two and a seating area.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the booth as you admire your mountain or sea views from the large coach windows.

You'll also have a kitchenette, where you can cook simple meals. Or cook your dinner outside where you can find a barbecue and fire pit.
