It’s definitely a splurge, but if you’re planning a special Canadian Rockies trip, timing can make a big difference. Start the morning with chicory coffee and breakfast at The Café by Emeril, spend the afternoon beside the rooftop pool with the New Orleans skyline and Mississippi River in view, then stay upstairs as the city lights come on.
