Tulum's New Airport Starts Operations on December 🌞⛵️

Pirates, up until now, you would need to fly to Cancún and set yourself on a two-hour car/bus ride to get to Tulum, but that's all about to change this December. Tulum's Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport is set to start operations and open the possibilities for travel to this destination.

As of right now, Viva Aerobus & Aeroméxico are the only airlines set to operate at this airport, but you can travel from the US with a short layover, and we found budget-friendly rates starting from $303 round-trip.

🚨 UPDATE: Delta & Spirit Airlines confirmed they will start service to Tulum's Airport as early as March 2024.
