If coffee, creativity, and passport stamps make your heart race, listen up. Starbucks is on the hunt for two Global Coffee Creators, and the job is exactly what it sounds like: a dream gig where you’ll travel the world for a full year, sip coffee in stunning places, and create content that tells the story behind every cup.
Starbucks has launched a new Creators Program to showcase the heart and soul behind its worldwide coffee culture. Two creators—one current Starbucks employee and one external content specialist—will travel to up to 15 iconic Starbucks locations across the globe. From the coffee fields of Costa Rica to jaw-dropping Reserve Roasteries in Milan and Tokyo, they’ll gain exclusive access to the people, places, and practices that bring Starbucks coffee to life.
It’s a paid, full-time role that includes flights, hotels, and travel support provided by Delta Air Lines and Marriott Bonvoy. Your mission? Capture local vibes and coffee culture through social media—highlighting everything from regional drinks and café design to the farmers and baristas who make it all happen.
There’s no college degree or polished resume required. All you need is a passion for coffee, a love for storytelling, and the skills to create high-quality, engaging content. If you’re that friend who always says “Let’s book it” when someone mentions travel, this role might be your perfect match.
Applications are open now through June 13, 2025. To apply, post a TikTok using the hashtag #StarbucksGlobalCoffeeCreator and submit your application through the Starbucks careers site.
Pack your bags, grab your camera, and get ready to turn your love of coffee and travel into a year-long adventure you’ll never forget.
