After months of speculation, it is now official: The White Lotus is returning to Europe for its fourth season. Following season three’s tropical setting in Thailand, the series shifts back to the Mediterranean, this time landing on the French Riviera. According to multiple reports, one of the central filming locations will be the five-star luxury resort Airelles Château de la Messardière.

The property is a 19th-century château that now operates as a luxury hotel, overlooking Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean coastline. Set within landscaped gardens above the town, it is one of the most exclusive hotels in the region and fits seamlessly into the visual language the series is known for.
