Probably the Trendiest Hostels in Europe
These hostels are more than just bare shared rooms: We have hostels with cool rooftop terraces, mega views, and stylish rooms for you!
Hostels are only for the younger among us, comfort is a foreign word in these accommodations, and the furnishings are rather sparse? Some people may have this image in their minds, but some hostels prove the opposite.
We have looked around Europe and would like to introduce you to the trendiest hostels for us:
Bedwave Seaside Mansion, Piraeus, Greece
This view is unbeatable! The Bedwave Seaside Mansion near the harbor scores, especially with its location directly on the sea and a great view from the terrace. You can sleep in dorms, four bedrooms, or family rooms.
Passenger Hostel, Porto, Portugal
A tip from pirate Leonie! The hostel was opened in a train station and sits in the center of Porto. You can stay in shared rooms or double rooms in maisonette style.
Selina Boavista, Ericeira, Portugal
In this hostel, you will not only stay pretty stylish and can hang out in the outdoor pool, but the accommodation is also attached to a surf club. Dorms and private rooms with private and separate bathrooms are available for sleeping.
Alibi Hostel, Leeuwarden, Netherlands
Located in the Dutch city of Leeuwarden, you stay in a former prison wing. On the first floor of the building, there is a small exhibition about the former prison; on the premises itself, you can find restaurants, bars & stores.
The Black Sheep Hostel, Killarney, Ireland
On the grounds of this Eco Hostel, you will find a vegetable & herb garden with even chickens living there. Much of the furniture in the hostel is made from upcycling projects. There are dorms, double rooms, and a comfortable apartment.
TOC Hostel, Granada, Spain
We have rarely seen a more stylish hostel. And then there is the location: The TOC Hostel is located directly in the center of the cathedral of Granada. In addition to shared rooms, four-bed and double rooms are also available to book. The chain is also present in Barcelona, Madrid, and Seville.
Wellness Hostel 4000, Wallis, Switzerland
Our last one on the list is the first wellness hostel in Switzerland. An indoor pool, several saunas, a whirlpool, a children's pool, and more await you on 1,900 square meters. You can stay in multi-bed, family, double & single rooms.
