For the seventh year in a row, Finland has been voted the country with the happiest population in the world.

To promote this ranking, Visit Finland has organized a masterclass entitled " Find Your Inner Finn—Master in Happiness." This class will enable ten lucky winners to learn how to be happy.

The topics of this masterclass, planned for June, include a healthy diet for body, mind, and nature. Kuru Resort, a series of private chalets located in an idyllic and unique setting in the Finnish Lake District, will provide accommodation.

How to participate?

  1. Visit the Visit Finland website.

  2. Complete the social media challenge of posting a video of your happiness hack and why you should win (more details of the requirements on their page)

  3. You can apply alone or pair up with someone else (other half, mom, best friend, whoever you like)

  4. The application process closes on April 4th, 2024.

In the selection process, the jury pays special attention to "the creativity, authenticity, and participation expressed in the content." Candidates must also speak English well and agree to be filmed during their stay. The names of the winners will be announced on Visit Finland's Instagram and Tiktok channels on May 2nd, 2024.
