19 Days, 6 Travelers, 5 Historic Homes

Are you a train enthusiast who always wished for a 'slow adventure' across Europe? Well, Airbnb is about to make your dreams come true.

Airbnb has recently launched their new Historic Homes Category and is partnering up with Eurail to take six adventurers on an epic railway journey connecting five historic homes across Europe. You'll stay in each spot for three nights before heading to your next destination.

You'll need to submit your application by July 20th, 2022, 11:59 PM CET, and be available to travel between August 31st and September 18th, 2022. All applicants must be 18+ to be eligible.

Stop 1 - An English Mansion in Bath, UK

Your adventure begins with a 19th-century UK mansion.

Stay from August 31st through September 3rd.

Stop 2 - A French Château in Saint-Georges-sur-Cher

The adventure continues in France, where a retired naval officer will welcome you to this breathtaking château.

Stay from September 3rd through the 6th.

Stop 3 - A Catalan Manor in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona

Before arriving in Spain, you'll spend a night in Montpellier, France, and continue to your next stop: a 250-year-old Catalan manor right outside of Barcelona.

Stay from September 6th through the 10th.

Stop 4 - An Italian Villa in Lucca, Tuscany

Let your worries go under the Tuscan sun in this 400-year-old villa with a secret garden.

Stay from September 10th through the 14th.

Stop 5 - A German Castle in Behren-LĂźbchin

Your journey comes to an end in Germany, first spending a night in Munich before traveling to this 19th-century German castle.

Stay from September 14th through the 18th.
