Travelers arriving on international flights must present a negative test taken within one day of their arrival (both Antigen & PCR tests are accepted)
Non-U.S. citizens will still need to provide proof of vaccination
Anyone arriving on a cruise to the island must still present proof of vaccination
Customers are not required to present proof of vaccination or a negative test to enter establishments. However, each establishment can reserve the right to ask for it.
As of March 10th, masks are not mandatory in indoor or outdoor settings throughout the island
Mask use remains mandatory for public transportation
