This might be my favorite stay in Quebec for a cozy mountain getaway. Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix in Baie-Saint-Paul (rated 4.4/5 on Tripadvisor) has an open-air Nordic spa, where you can soak in heated thermal pools right next to pastures with fluffy Highland cows roaming around. Plus, they have an on-site train station that drops you off right on the property, a working micro-farm, and farm-to-table dining sourced straight from their gardens. The best part? We found stays from $188 for 2 guests.
