This Montana Hotel Has a Heated Rooftop Pool & Mountain Views 🏔️♨️

Pirates, swimming in an outdoor rooftop pool in the middle of winter isn’t exactly what we had in mind when we pictured a Montana stay, but that’s exactly what you can do at the Kimpton Armory Hotel in Bozeman (4.4/5 on TripAdvisor).

The hotel has a year-round heated rooftop pool overlooking four mountain ranges, and with rates starting from $219 per night, it’s a pretty interesting option for your next Montana getaway.

But there’s more to this place than the views. The hotel was originally built as a military armory in 1941, and they’ve kept much of its original character. One of my favorite details? The old military band room is now an underground whiskey bar with live music!

🏴‍☠️ PIRATE TIP: Traveling with your dog? Kimpton doesn’t charge extra pet fees, and there’s no weight limit or limit on the number of pets. That can save you quite a bit compared to other hotels, especially on longer stays.
