Hotel Yellowstone at Jackson Hole (rated 4.9/5 on Tripadvisor) is especially popular with couples looking for a quieter luxury escape near Grand Teton National Park. Summer rates here can easily climb above $2,000 per night, which makes the shoulder-season pricing in May and after October especially appealing. We found several off-season stays for less than half the typical summer rate, with a 2-night minimum stay sometimes required.
