Details

Step One: Book Round-Trip Flights to London, England

Dates: 09/12 - 09/18

*Most of these are non-stop flights directly to London Heathrow or London Gatwick. Some are one-stop with a short layover but have the option to do nonstop for just a bit more. Note that choosing a flight that leaves late on September 12th will arrive on September 13th in the morning. This is good as it saves you a night's accommodation and is easier helps avoid jet-lag.

Step Two: Book 5 Nights of Accommodations in Bath

Dates: 09/13 - 09/18

*Just a 15-minute stroll to The Jane Austen Museum via The Circus and Royal Crescent

Total: $424 + $335 = $759 per Person (Based on Two Travelers)

Other Options

How to get to Bath from London

Option One:

Rent a Car and stop at Chawton House on the way to Bath. Chawton House estate includes the cottage that was home to Jane Austen for the last eight years of her life and is now a museum. Have a car also gives you more flexibility to explore the charming Cotswolds villages which are on the doorstep of Bath. Some of our favorites are Cirencester, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Castle Combe.

We've found rates from $96 for the full trip in a manual car or $136 for an automatic.

Option Two:

Take the train

The train costs roughly $60 one way and takes around one-and-a-half hours. Double check the dates/times you arrive and give yourself time to get to the airport.

*Pirate tip: Opt for the bus and save with round-trip fares from $14. Scenic two-and-a-half hours each way.
