The Godfather Mansion is Now Available on Airbnb
I'll make you an offer you can't refuse... a stay at Vito Corleone’s mansion in New York City.
Yes, it's really happening, for the first time ever you'll be able to stay in the home of the Godfather.
Fans of The Godfather 1972 film, and the later sequels, should quite rightly be thrilled to hear that the Staten Island mansion that acted as the home of Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando) is up for rent on Airbnb for the first time.
For the whole month of August, you'll be able to stay at this stately English Tudor mansion in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the iconic mafia film.
Up to five guests will have private access to the 6,248-square-foot complex. With luxurious features such as a large saltwater pool (let's hope no guests are swimming with the fish by the end of the stay), a pub in the basement, a game room and a gym.
The house is located in the fancy Todt Hill area, and was used in the movie during the memorable opening scene, where the garden party wedding reception for Vito’s daughter took place. The house was built in 1930, and it last sold in 2016 for $2.4 million, though who knows how much of that was 'clean' money...
As you might expect, a stay here will cost you, but at $50 per night it's a steal. The full 30-night stay for the entire month of August adds up to $1,500 for the month.
