The number of Covid-19 cases is decreasing in many countries, resulting in entry restrictions dropping fast, especially for those fully vaccinated.
This means that in many destinations, you don't need to complete any pre-departure tests before arrival or quarantine on arrival. You may need to fill out an entry form for some of these countries (mostly online).

Belgium (You must complete a Passenger Locator Form)
Cyprus (You must register for a CyprusFlightPass 48 hours from your travel date)
Estonia (You must complete a travel questionnaire before travel)
France (You may be asked to complete the EU-PLF before boarding)
Greece (Travelers may be subject to a random PCR or Rapid Antigen Test on arrival)
Italy (You will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form to enter Italy)
Luxembourg (All passengers will complete a Passenger Locator Form while on the plane)
Malta (All travelers will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form before travel)
North Macedonia (If you are travelling with a printed PDF proof of vaccination status, it must date from 1 November 2021 to ensure that the certificate can be scanned successfully)
Portugal (All travelers must complete a Passenger Locator Form)
Spain (You will need to complete a Health Control Form you may also receive a random PCR test or temperature check on arrival)
Turkey (You will need to complete an online form) you may also receive a random temperature check or PCR test on arrival)
Ukraine (All foreign nationals must provide proof of health insurance that covers COVID-19)
