The Most Expensive Luxury Hotels in the World

Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Resort, Dubai

We actually start with our "cheapest" luxury hotel in Dubai. A night in one of the two Royal Suites costs around $15,000, which puts the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in 7th place. In return, the guests get, among other things, two floors for themselves, their own private cinema, and a bedroom in mahogany with a rotating four-poster bed.

Hotel Cala di Volpe, Sardinia

Let's continue with an exceptional resort in Sardinia. The unusual construction with curved walls and sloping streets in the Mediterranean style makes the Hotel Cala di Volpe unique. It was also used as a backdrop for the James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me starring Roger Moore. So it's no wonder that celebrities and aristocracy feel right at home here and are happy to pay around $17,000 per night for the presidential suite.

Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez, Cannes

You can get a night in the penthouse suite of this luxury hotel for the "bargain price" of $27,000. With this luxury stay in Cannes, you would definitely meet a celebrity or two, especially during the film festival of course.

Laucala Island Resort, Fiji

As if a vacation in the dreamlike island state of Fiji wasn't luxurious enough, you can also spend the night here in one of the Leading Hotels in the World. The resort is located on an approximately 5 m² private island and should leave nothing to be desired. For the equivalent of around $30,000 per night, booking the Hilltop Estate even includes a private chef and a nanny!

Raj Palace Hotel, Jaipur

In Jaipur, about 186 miles southwest of Delhi, the Raj Palace is a truly royal luxury hotel. The "Maharajah's Pavilion" suite consists of 4 floors and costs the equivalent of around $34,000.

Four Seasons Hotel New York, New York City

The Four Seasons in Manhattan is one of the numerous luxury hotels in the super metropolis. A night in the Ty Warner Penthouse Suite (9 rooms, own butler, unbelievable 360-degree view!) will cost you the equivalent of around $40,000. In return, of course, you get pure luxury, also in the bathroom with a washbasin made of rock crystals and colored light therapy in the bathtub.

Hotel President Wilson, Geneva

The currently most expensive luxury hotel in the world is not in New York City, Dubai, or Paris, but in... Geneva! On Lake Geneva to be precise you will find what is probably the largest and most luxurious suite in the world. So, if you happen to win the lottery in the near future and don't know what to do with your wealth, simply book the Royal Penthouse Suite for a mere 62,000 euros per night. Here it can also be good that you run into a certain Rihanna or Bill Clinton, for example. Not to mention the unimaginable luxury that awaits you here, just very briefly: rooms with panoramic views of Lake Geneva, twelve bathrooms with whirlpool and steam bath, library, private fitness room, and, and, and... By the way: the " "Normal" prices for one of the 180 rooms start at 800 euros per night if it has to be luxurious, but not the penthouse suite ;) consists of 4 floors and costs the equivalent of around $34,000.
