New Yorkers, we know you're in the midst of the winter blues. February is hitting us all pretty hard and you're probably in need of a little self-care boost. Luckily, NYC's latest overnight Instagram-sensation offers the perfect winter wellness escape.
What Is SoJo Spa Club?
SoJo is a Korean spa complex of over 140,000 square feet in Edgewater, New Jersey. SoJo is known for unique treatments like the volcanic sand bath, which uses mineral-rich sand flown in all the way from Japan, and their signature Korean body scrubs.
If you're not looking to splurge on a treatment, but still want some world-class R&R, we highly recommend getting a daily admission pass for their many saunas, pools, lounges, and more. Our favorite part? The steamy outdoor infinity pools offer fantastic views of the NYC skyline. If you can resist the urge to go into full 'gram photoshoot mode, it offers the perfect space for relaxation. Maybe just one quick photo first, though.
How Do I get To SoJo Spa Club From NYC?
This is one of the best parts of the SoJo experience! The club offers a free shuttle straight from the corner of 42nd and 9th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan (so no NJ Transit needed). This shuttle operates seven days a week, with buses running roughly every two hours. Find more info on the shuttle and parking here.
Alright, Give Me The Prices.
Daily admission includes access to all open facilities and a complimentary robe or spa loungewear. Prices are normally $60 for a weekday, or $75 for a weekend day or holiday — but these rates are currently $10 off! Take advantage of this winter sale until March 15.
