*Cue God Only Knows by The Beach Boys!"

Yes, it's that time of year again!

If "Glasgow Love Theme" makes you cry, if you love to travel, and "if you really love Christmas," then listen to your Uncle Billy, kids, and follow this guide next time you're in London!

Heathrow Airport

To start your tour, pick a flight that lands at Heathrow Airport! The international arrivals gate is in Terminal 4, and if you're coming from the US, you'll land there.

Did you know that the film crew went to Heathrow and filmed actual families reuniting at the airport for weeks before filming started on the movie? After filming a reunion, they would approach the family and get permission to use the footage. How lucky!

Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport."

Whiteley's Shopping Center

Pop into Whiteley's Shopping Center in Bayswater, to see the giant Christmas tree we see in the beginning scenes of the film. It's just a 10 minute walk from Hyde Park!

Westway Studios and Mappin House

The bad Grandad of Rock 'n Roll! We first see our Uncle Billy at the recording studio, which is Westway Studios, Ladbroke Grove in Notting Hill.

His interview with Radio Watford was filmed at Mappin House, in the Heat Radio facilities (now called Bauer Media). The full address is: Heat Radio, Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, London W1.

Billy Mack's record company office that we see a shot of is actually City Hall, the London Assembly Building on the South Bank, alongside Tower Bridge.

"So if you believe in Father Christmas, children, like your Uncle Billy does, buy my festering turd of a record. And particularly enjoy the incredible crassness of the moment when we try to squeeze an extra syllable into the fourth line."

Grosvenor Chapel

Peter and Juliet got the surprise of their lives from Mark at their wedding in Grosvenor Chapel. It's on South Audley Street, just behind the Dorchester Hotel on Park Lane.

"Not like the stag night."

St. Paul's Church

St. Paul's Church is where the funeral for Daniel's wife, Johanna, is held. This heartbreaking scene was filmed at St Paul’s Church, Rectory Grove, in Clapham, SW4, south of the Thames.

"Inevitably, ever so cooly, through the immortal genius of the Bay City Rollers."

The South Bank

The "they're not funny, they're art" gallery run by Mark, where the office party is held, is said to be located on the South Bank. It was actually filmed at an empty office at 26-27 Great Sutton Street in Clerkenwell. It's now a solicitors office.

Actually located on the South Bank is the Oxo Tower Wharf complex, home to Mark, Juliet sees the wedding video. He exits the apartment at the back of the wharf building on Barge House Street, then leaves through the courtyard to Oxo Tower Wharf itself.

"But... you never talked to me. You don't like me!'

And of course, east of Waterloo Bridge and the National Theatre is Gabriel’s Wharf, a section of Queen’s Walk (the walking path running alongside the south bank of the River Thames). Here, on a bench in front of the Riviera Restaurant, 56 Upper Ground, where Daniel discovers that his son is actually in love.

"Worse, than the total agony of being in love?"

Selfridges & Co, 400 Oxford Street, W1, is where Harry bought the gold necklace that Rufus, the guardian angel and deus ex machina of the story, meticulously wrapped. Fun fact: they filmed in the middle of the night to avoid crowds!

"Would you like it... gift wrapped?"

10 Downing Street

We all know this address! The film crew wasn't actually allowed inside, so the scenes with Prime Minister Hugh Grant were actually filmed in a studio. You can still pop by the real 10 Downing Street to "work on your wave."

Wandsworth, "the dodgy end"

This street is actually 102 Poplar Road in Herne Hill!

Pro tip: knock on every door looking for Natalie. Extra points if you sing carols!

"Are you singing carols? Please sir please!"

Elliot School

Many of our favorite characters interact at the school Christmas concert, the first time the three schools have performed together. Johanna sings "All I Want For Christmas Is You" with Sam on the drums, and David and Natalie's relationship is revealed to the world, at Elliott School, Pullman Gardens, Putney, southwest London.

Other than being famous for being featured in Love Actually, Elliot School also had a famous actor pupil: Pierce Brosnan!

The school evolved into Ark Putney Academy in 2012.

Peter and Juliet's House

Located in Notting Hill, Peter and Juliet's home is where Mark silently declares his love for Juliet with giant cue cards and a radio, is at 27 St. Luke's Mews, W11.

"Give 'em a quid and tell 'em to bugger off!"

The Restaurant Proposal Scene

Ok, I cheated, this one isn't located in London. But, if you happen to be in the South of France anytime soon, the French restaurant where Jamie proposes to Aurelia in Portuguese is Le Bar de la Marine, 15 quai de Rive Neuve, the Old Port in Marseille.

"It's Christmas, so I just wanted to... check."

"Let's go get the sh*t kicked out of us by love!" --I mean, let's take a trip to London!
