Oh, you aren't a die-hard fan of Love Actually or The Holiday? I get it, I know your type. You're an elf.

You may not work at Santa's Workshop, but if you're heading to New York City anytime soon, then I've got a plan for your day:

Well, that works too. But first we're taking a tour around New York City, Buddy the Elf style!

Ready? Let's go!

The Empire State Building

Located at 350 5th Avenue and West 34th Street, Manhattan, the Empire State Building is one of the most recognizable buildings in the United States. At 1,250ft, it was the tallest building in the world from 1931 until 1972. It's been named one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, and is the third tallest skyscraper in the US!

Buddy's real Dad works here, and I'm shocked to this day that he was able to just walk in.

"What's a Christmas gram?"

Ok, this one doesn't exist anymore. Gimbel's was a chain of department stores in the United States between 1887 and 1987. It's likely a stand-in for Macy's in this movie.

The building you see below is located at 295, 5th Avenue and East 30th Street, Manhattan, and the Gimbel's sign in the background is CGI editing. In real life, it's an apartment building.

If you need to go holiday gift shopping while you're in the city, Macy's flagship store is at 151 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001. Make sure your ribbon curls are six inches, honey. SIX! INCHES!

"Corporate must have sent in a professional."

Lincoln Tunnel

Buddy walks through the Lincoln Tunnel to get to New York City at 39th Street & 10th Avenue, Manhattan, New York.

"Bye Buddy, I hope you find your dad."

"Thanks Mr. Narwhal."

Luggage Store

Buddy grabs all the fliers he can outside of the luggage store at 1550 Broadway.

"Thank you!"

Ray's Pizza

According to Santa, the real Ray's is on 11th. Well, it used to be. The pizza place shut down in 2011, and reopened as Famous Roio's Pizzeria at 465 Ave of the Americas, then shut down again in 2013. A few impostor pizzerias exist in Midtown, so you can still stop by for a slice at 736 Seventh Ave.

Elves stick to the four main food groups (candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup), so we're not actually sure if Buddy ever made it to Ray's.

"And if you see a sign that says “Peep Show”, that doesn’t mean that they’re letting you look at the new toys before Christmas."

Ice Skate at Rockefeller Center

Buddy uses "the code" to ask Jovie on a date to the ice rink at Rockefeller Center, 600 Fifth Ave.

"So... do you wanna eat food?"

The Subway

This specific moment was filmed at East 23rd Street and Broadway, Manhattan. If you really want to see that.

"You see gum on the street, leave it there. It's not free candy!"

The World's Best Cup of Coffee

In the best running joke of the entire film, Buddy discover's the World's Best Cup of Coffee. Where is this? Do you know? I don't, but if you know where to get the world's best cup of coffee, let us know in the comments!

"Great job, everybody! It's great to be here!"

Now you're ready to visit NYC, Elves! -Er, I mean, Pirates! Enjoy your trip, and don't forget: the best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear.
